    An angiogram of the distal portion of the apicoaortic conduit (distal to the prosthetic Hancock prosthesis inside the conduit) using an end-hole 5F Judkins right catheter (JR4). A 6F double-lumen pigtail catheter is see in the LV across the native aortic valve demonstrating (which showed a transvalvular mean gradient of 38 mm Hg). A gradient between the LV and the distal limb of the apicoaortic conduit of 12 mm Hg was measured before the angiogram.Show Less
