We thank Madias for his interest in our work1 and the points he raised. He postulates that the cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) findings of our study could potentially be correlated with ECG characteristics of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in our diverse population of patients with CMR-characterized LVH.
