We appreciate the interest from Stergiopoulos et al in our results and are thankful for the comment on our research letter. They report 24.7% increase in pregnant women with heart disease, mostly because of structural heart disease. They also report an 18.8% increase in major adverse cardiac events, mainly because of arrhythmia.
