In the article by Bhatt et al, “Congenital Heart Disease in the Older Adult: A Scientific Statement From the American Heart Association,” which published ahead of print April 20, 2015, and appeared in the May 26, 2015, issue of the journal (Circulation. 2015;131:1884–1931. doi: 10.1161/CIR.0000000000000204), a correction was needed.
On page 1890, second column, third paragraph, third sentence, the word “intra-arterial” was incorrect. The sentence has been changed to read, “A slit-like coronary ostium, an acutely oblique proximal coronary course (particularly with a high takeoff as occurs with the anomalous right coronary artery), and a longer segment running within the arterial wall (“intramural”) are all high-risk features.”
This correction has been made to the print version and to the current online version of the article, which is available at http://circ.ahajournals.org/content/131/21/1884.full.
