A 65-year-old man who is in the hospital for treatment of community-acquired pneumonia develops severe substernal chest pain. An ECG is obtained (ECG A), and as a result, he is brought to the catheterization laboratory.
An intervention is performed. A postintervention ECG is obtained (ECG B).
