Increasingly there is interest in efforts to assess and improve clinical and health care delivery performance. This has been the focus of the Forum on Quality of Care and Outcomes Research. The meeting is held annually in Washington, DC and includes workshops, plenary sessions, concurrent sessions, and both oral and poster abstract presentations. This year, abstracts were accepted from more than 25 countries covering broad topics in outcomes research.
