In Issue 3 of the SVMB Supplement to Circulation, in the article by McRae and Ginsberg (McRae SJ, Ginsberg JS. Initial Treatment of Venous Thromboembolism. Circulation. 2004;110(suppl I): I-3–I-9), the legend to Table 2 should read, "For enoxaparin, 100 anti-Xa U/kg corresponds to a dose of 1 mg/kg" rather than "100 mg/kg."
