An extract of the first 100% of the full text is provided, because this article has no abstract.

It has been brought to the attention of the American Heart Association (AHA) that two articles ("Prospective Study of a Self-Report Type A Scale and Risk of Coronary Heart Disease: Test of the MMPI-2 Type A Scale" [Circulation. 1998;98:405–412] and "A Prospective Study of Anger and Coronary Heart Disease: The Normative Aging Study" [Circulation. 1996;94:2090–2095]) by Kawachi et al contained content that is protected by copyright held by the Regents of the University of Minnesota. During the review and production of these two articles, the authors affirmed that they were the owners of all content contained in the articles and were authorized to transfer to the AHA all rights to the content. The AHA respects copyright just as we wish our copyrights to be observed. Our inclusion of the content was inadvertent and based on the information provided by the authors. The AHA apologizes for the error and wishes to acknowledge the copyright of the Regents of the University of Minnesota with respect to the revised Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI-2) and the revised MMPI-2 Type A Scale.
