Correction

In the article by Antman EM et al, "ACC/AHA Guidelines for the Management of Patients With ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction: A Report of the American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association Task Force on Practice Guidelines (Committee to Revise the 1999 Guidelines for the Management of Patients With Acute Myocardial Infarction)," which appeared in the August 31, 2004, online issue of the journal (Circulation. 2004;110:e82–e293), the following corrections should be made to Table 15, page e134. These errors have been corrected in the current online version of the article.

1. In the "Reteplase" column, the "Dose" row, "x2 each" should be replaced with "IV" and "(2nd dose 30 min after the 1st)" should be added immediately after "over 2 min" so that the line reads, "10 U IV over 2 min (2nd dose 30 min after the 1st)".
   
2. In the asterisk footnote, "Bolus 15 mg" should be changed to "Intravenous bolus 15 mg."
   
3. In the dagger footnote, (a) "Intravenous bolus over 5 sec" should be added at the beginning of the sentence and (b) "70-79 mg" should be changed to "70-79 kg" so that the entire footnote reads as follows: "Intravenous bolus over 5 sec, 30 mg for weight less than 60 kg; 35 mg for 60-69 kg; 40 mg for 70-79 kg; 45 mg for 80-89 kg; 50 mg for 90 kg or more."
