In the article by Sakamaki et al that appeared in a previous issue of the journal (Circulation. 2000;102:2720–2725), Table 1 contained errors. The corrected Table follows.

In the article by Pauletto et al that appeared in a previous issue of the journal (Circulation. 2000;102:771–778), a measurement was reported incorrectly. In the Methods section under Immunocytochemistry and Image Analysis (p 772, first full paragraph in second column), the reported area of 70 µm² used for plaque consideration should have been reported as 7x10³ µm². The corrected information follows:

For cell count, we considered 3 standard areas (7x10³ µm²) of the plaque: the basal, the shoulder, and the cap regions. In 65% of the specimens, it was possible to clearly distinguish and analyze some of the media layer underneath the plaque. In these cases, 3 random fields (7x10³ µm²) were considered.
