The column heights represent the dosage of the respective segments in the genomic DNA with two alleles (value of approx. 1 corresponds to two alleles). The two-allele dosage for RYR2 exon 3 (marked by arrow) was found in the range of 0.5. The control fragments and rest of the fragments from Desmoplakin, Plakophilin-2, RYR2, TGFâ3 and Plakoglobin are near the value of approx. 1, which corresponds to two alleles.
