In the article’s byline, “Marion Faiglem, BS” should have been “Marion Faigle, BS.” The error has been corrected in the final print version of the article in the October 16, 2007, issue of the journal (Circulation. 2007;117:1784-1794) and in the current online version. The publisher regrets the error.
