,

In the April 15, 1997, issue of Circulation (Circulation. 1997;95:2162–2168), there was an error in the Table on page 2163 of the article "Transvenous Closure of Secundum Atrial Septal Defects: Preliminary Results With a New Self-Expanding Nitinol Prosthesis in a Swine Model" by Sharafuddin et al. Under column two of the table, "multistep placement" should not have been listed as a drawback of the lock clamshell occluder device.

In the July 1, 1997, issue of Circulation (Circulation. 1997;96:61–68), there was an error in Figure 1 on page 65 of the article "Comparison of Low-Molecular-Weight Heparin With Unfractionated Heparin Acutely and With Placebo for 6 Weeks in the Management of Unstable Coronary Artery Disease: Fragmin in Unstable Coronary Artery Disease Study (FRIC)" by Klein et al. The graphic legend depicted in the figure was incorrect; the solid line actually indicated results with heparin and the broken line indicated results with dalteparin. The corrected figure appears below.

In the November 18, 1997, issue of Circulation (Circulation. 1997;96:3346–3352), dosages given for dobutamine throughout the article "Effects of Dobutamine at Maximally Tolerated Dose on Myocardial Blood Flow in Humans With Ischemic Heart Disease" by Skopicki et al were incorrectly given as milligrams per kilogram per minute rather than micrograms per kilogram per minute. The correct dosages should have been in micrograms per kilogram per minute.
