This item has the following additional materials available:
Atrial activation during pacing at the ostium of the coronary sinus after radiofrequency current delivery displayed by color-isopotential map (60°-left anterior oblique view). Atrial activation starts at the ostium of the coronary sinus (A), spreads superiorly along the atrial septum (B), passes the roof of the right atrium, and travels down the lateral wall (C and D), finally colliding at the isthmus (E). No conduction through the isthmus is evident. Patient as in Figure 5; patient No. 4, Table II. RF indicates location of radiofrequency current application; other abbreviations as in Figure 5.

Atrial activation during pacing at the lateral right atrium after radiofrequency current delivery displayed by color-isopotential map (60°-left anterior oblique view). Atrial activation starts at inferior right atrial lateral wall (A), travels superiorly along the lateral wall toward the roof of the right atrium (B), passes the roof of the right atrium, and travels down the atrial septum lateral wall (C and D), finally colliding at the isthmus (E). Again, no conduction through the isthmus is evident. Patient as in Figure 5; patient No. 4, Table II. RF indicates location of radiofrequency current application; other abbreviations as in Figure 5.
