Day 3 EPCs from 4 different blood donors were further characterized by FACS analysis to demonstrate the percentage of positive staining for the following endothelial markers: KDR: 94 ± 2 % (n=4; SEM), CD105: 76 ± 19 % (n=4; SEM) and vWF: 72 ± 19 % (n=4; SEM).
